Our Terms of Service and Your Privacy

1. NO IRC's, BNC's, Eggdrops, Unauthorized SHELL programs:

Illegal or blatantly offensive material or Spamming from a site or server. Period. No Exceptions at any time for any reason. Customers who LOAD (Proof of use or public display NOT required) these programs or materials on any server will be terminated without recourse and billed (including penalties) and further pursued to THE FULLEST EXTENT of the LAW, including but not limited to lawsuits against the individuals responsible. Spamming using other resources with links directed back to sites on our servers IS involving us in the spamming not unlike using our actual server and can be grounds for termination without recourse.

Sites containing illegal pornographic material or sites which contain links to illegal adult sites, sites encouraging illegal activity or racism, sites providing instructions of performing illegal activities (legal Adult Content and Websites are allowed).

Violations and attempted violations of system & network security. Or any type of tampering with the system with the purpose to inflict harm.

2. Late Hosting Payments:

I understand sometimes problems occur, if you find you are having a problem let me know. I will try to work with you up to a certain point that is. But if your domain hosting payments are over 10 days late there will be a $15.00 late fee accessed. This fee will be charged for every month you are late on you payments. If this fee along with the past due payments is not paid your Domain Hosting will be suspended until it is paid.

3. Domain Suspensions:

If your domain is suspended for any reason there will be a $25 reinstatement fee before QualityHosting4U will reinstate the domain on our server. If your domain is suspended because of non-payment and you wish to continue hosting with QualityHosting4U you will need to start your payment subscription again along and pay any and all back fees due setup. If your domain or domains are suspended for non payment of any charges due (Domain Hosting fees, Domain Name Renewal fees ect...) and those charges are not paid within 30 days of a payment request your Domain or Domains will be terminated off our servers.

4. Canceling Your Hosting:

You may cancel your hosting at anytime with QualityHosting4U but your website will be deleted within 24 hours of the cancellation. There will be no adjustments or prorated refunds.

5. Transferring or Selling Your Domain:

You may transfer or sell your Domain Name anytime you wish but the new Domain Name owner if he wishes to continue to host with us must contact us and start a new hosting package. We do not transfer hosting fees or prorate hosting fees already paid by the original owner of the Domain Name. We do not refund prorated hosting fees that have already been paid to QualityHosting4U.

6. Domain Name Renewal:

    A. If you have purchased your Domain Name yourself then it is up to you to pay your yearly Domain Renewal fees. If do not Renew your domain on time and the DNS is changed by the Registrar, your domain will either be suspended or  terminated/deleted from QualityHosting4U's server to prevent any security issues. If your domain (website) is suspended and you renew your Domain name you will have to change the DNS back to QualityHosting4U's DNS and then we will unsuspend your Domain (website) the fee for unsuspension is $19.95.

     B. If QualityHosting4U is hosting your domain or domains (websites) and we have purchased your domain names for you, we will transfer the domain name over to you after 1 year of hosting is completed for free. If QualityHosting4U continues to pay your domain name renewals each year and you send the cost to us before the renewal date then that cost is $12 per year. If your domain name payment is not received before the due date and QualityHosting4U is required to pay it then that cost is $19.95. If this is not paid in a timely manner (within 7 days) QualityHosting4U will have no choice but to suspend your hosting with us until the balance is paid.

    C. If you are not hosting your domains (websites) with QualityHosting4U and QualityHosting4U is paying your domain renewal fees for you then that cost is $29.95 per year. This fee is to be paid 10 days before the renewal is due. If the domain name renewal payment is not receive on time before the renewal date and QualityHosting4U has to pay it then the fee is $39.95.  If this is not paid then QualityHosting4U will change the Domain Name Servers (DNS) to point to QualityHosting4U's servers and eventually will put your domain name up for sale.

7. Our Commitment To Your Privacy:

Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our homepage and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested. From time to time we will send out the occasional email offer for new products and or services, you agree to accept these emails from us.

8. The Information We Collect:

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on QualityHosting4U's website. On some pages, you can order products/subscriptions, make requests, and register to receive materials. The types of personal information collected at these pages are:

9. The Way We Use Information:

We use this information in setting up your hosting package, support and in billing only. Your info will never be sold or given out, you have my word on this.

10. Our Commitment To Data Security:

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Under no circumstances are you to change your domain password without notifying us first with the new password you plan to use. This is for the security of the server.

11. How You Can Access Or Correct Your Information:

You can access all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain by emailing us. We use this procedure to better safeguard your information. You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request that credibly shows error.

To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
