NO IRC's, BNC's, Eggdrops, Unauthorized SHELL programs:

Illegal or blatantly offensive material or Spamming from a site or server. Period. No Exceptions at any time for any reason. Customers who LOAD (Proof of use or public display NOT required) these programs or materials on any server will be terminated without recourse and billed (including penalties) and further pursued to THE FULLEST EXTENT of the LAW, including but not limited to lawsuits against the individuals responsible. Spamming using other resources with links directed back to sites on our servers IS involving us in the spamming not unlike using our actual server and can be grounds for termination without recourse.

Sites containing illegal pornographic material or sites which contain links to illegal adult sites, sites encouraging illegal activity or racism, sites providing instructions of performing illegal activities (legal Adult Content and Websites are allowed).

Violations and attempted violations of system & network security. Or any type of tampering with the system with the purpose to inflict harm.

Late Hosting Payments:

I understand sometimes problems occur, if you find you are having a problem let me know. I will try to work with you up to a certain point that is. But if your domain hosting payments are over 10 days late there will be a $15.00 late fee accessed. This fee will be charged for every month you are late on you payments. If this fee along with the past due payments is not paid your Domain Hosting will be suspended until it is paid.

Domain Suspensions:

If your domain is suspended for any reason there will be a $25 reinstatement fee before QualityHosting4U will reinstate the domain on our server. If your domain is suspended because of non-payment and you wish to continue hosting with QualityHosting4U you will need to start your payment subscription again along with the setup fees. If your domain or domains are suspended for non payment of any charges due (Domain Hosting fees, Domain Name Renewal fees ect...) and those charges are not paid within 30 days of a payment request your Domain or Domains will be terminated off our servers with no refunds made whether they be monthly hosting or yearly hosting payments.

Canceling Your Hosting:

You may cancel your hosting at anytime with QualityHosting4U but your website will be deleted within 24 hours of the cancellation. There will be no adjustments or prorated refunds.

Domain Name Renewal:

If you have purchased your Domain Name yourself then it is up to you to pay your yearly Domain Renewal fees. If do not Renew your domain on time and the DNS is changed by the Registrar, your domain will be terminated and deleted from QualityHosting4U's server to prevent any security issues. Once you renew your Domain name you will have to change the DNS back to QualityHosting4U's DNS numbers and then we will set your Domain back up, you will have to setup your website again from the backup you are supposed to be keeping of it. If QualityHosting4U is paying your Domain Renewal Fees ($19.95 per year) then this will never happen to you.

To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our homepage and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested.
From time to time we will send out the occasional email offer for new products and or services, you agree to accept these emails from us. Of course there will be a removal link in each email if you no longer wish to receive these offers.

Under no circumstances are you to change your domain password without notifying us first with the new password you plan to use. This is for the security of the server.

You can access all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain by emailing us. We use this procedure to better safeguard your information.
You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request that credibly shows error.

To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
